| 抄録: | The theme of this article is to comprehend Fukushima who is the stricken area of the first Fukushima nuclear plant accident as the core spot, and, to examine some divisions that there is in this area. There are three divisions in Fukushima now. The first one is the division between center and periphery. The second one is the division between to love home country and not to love home country. The third one is the division between to nature and human. These three divisions were made clear by the first Fukushima nuclear plant accident. These three divisions were the problem of modern times, and, the problems of the civilization. To pursue universality in East Asia is to plan solution these problems in line with the people of the core spot. |
